Mary Shennum, Vice-Chair -

Retired RN and Health Care Administrator. Has lived in community for 22 years. Active as volunteer for Hospice/Palliative Care Society as well as SCHF.

Konrad Schmid-Meil, Director –

Born 1948 in Germany, since 1993 in 100 Mile House Realestate Agent and Property manager Past pres. Rotary, Knights of Columbus, and many more Organisations. married, 2 Children, 3 Grandchildren

Burdick Smith

  West coaster by birth.  Law degree from Dalhousie. Finally settled in the Cariboo in 1989.   Wife Kathi and 7 (yes seven) adult children.

Doug currently gives his time to South Cariboo Community Enhancement Foundation, South Cariboo Health Foundation, South Cariboo Arts & Cultural Society and the Rotary Club.

Lynda Lewis , Director,

Retired long care nursing manager. Along with her husband, Jack, live at 108 Mile Ranch. Lynda has also served as team leader for community care 100 Mile Hospital and past chair of the Hospice Board.

 

 

 

Chris Nickless, Chair –

Resident of 108 mile ranch for 18 years, publisher of the 100 mile free press, director on the south cariboo health foundation for 7 years, past president of the south cariboo chamber of commerce. honoured as citizen of the year in 2010, director on many local boards including 100 mile Lions club, s.c. comm. enhancement foundation, rural crimewatch, crimestoppers and more

Ralph Fossum, Director

I have lived in the area for almost 40 years. During that time, I have been active in community events. I am currently a member of the Rotary Club and I am serving in my fourth term as a Councillor in the District of 100 Mile House. I love the outdoors and I am an avid bridge player.

 

Pam Canty - Director

Armed with a decades strong background in volunteerism and community service, Pam and her husband Doug moved to Henley Lake in 2006.
Since arriving in the Bridge lake area they have continued to give to the community, joining the Interlakes Volunteer Fire Department, and numerous other local groups.

H.M. ( Meg) Griffiths, director, moved to BC and 108 Mile Ranch in summer of 2010.  Background in radiation sciences, national and international programs.  Active volunteer in community initiatives.

Having recently moved here from the lower mainland, Sue is a
graduate of Queen's University.
She served as Head Nurse-Neurosciences Royal Columbian Hospital New Westminster.
Past President and Honorary Member of the Canadian Association of Neuroscience Nurses.
Member of Planning Committee for the Special Olympics in New Westminster.
